High above the cloud line. higher than you could every imagine sat an angel who liked to be by himself. This was Kiku Honda, he was a silent type of person and he sensed the mood and re framed from speaking in several situations. But today he had a mission to go down to earth to watch over someone who is supposedly to be hunt down by a demon from hell.

'why am I sent on this mission? couldn't Arthur-san have gone instead?' he thought to him self as he prepared to go down to earth.

Down far below the earth's crust laid a burning world also known as hell. Where a young demon known as (y/n) was receiving the orders to go hunt someone down. With a bow of respect she headed back to her quarters to gather her things. 'hehe~ its been awhile since I've gone above ground. I'm just hoping no pesky angel gets in my way' she growled to herself finally packing.

There was a light rain fall as the two made their way to the surface of earth. Kiku let his wings loose as he glided over the streets and buildings of (H/T) searching the streets for the one he must protect. Kiku pulled out the photo he was given and glanced at it. a small frown appeared on his face. This was a small child he was to protect from a demon who wanted to drag it down to hell. This is the reason why he despises demons so much.

Not to far off (y/n) was ripping through the sky with her bladed (f/c) wings out in full bloom, pulling some pranks on others before taking out the identical photo of the kid she was to find. You caught a glimpse of white near by and glared in its direction noticing it was an angel. 'great just what i need!' you thought flying more upwards to get a better look at the enemy. She took in his features and was shocked by how well this angel looked.

She felt a smirk tug at her lips when he suddenly dissapeared. 'where did her go?' she thought before she knew it she was before pushed down into a building the said angel standing on top of her avoid her bladed wings.

"I thought I smert a garbage truck forrowing me" he said, you noting he was obviously Japanese. A growl escaped your through as you pushed him off. Dusting yourself off you both stared at each other for a minute. You let out a scoff crossing your arms.

"Look at you goody-two-shoes you got your shoes dirty, oh no what ever shall you do?" you jeered at him before laughing. The angel clenched his fists trying to keep calm but the demon in front was really making him angry. Kiku took a deep breath and lets it out as a sigh

"your not the demon i have to ward off from this chird are you?" he asked flashing the picture of the kid in your face. You smirked and laughed.

"Yup~!" you chirped out.

"Now if you excuse me I have a child to hunt!" you called out taking quick flight, leaving Kiku confused for a moment before realising what's happening. He fluffs out his silver flecked wings and takes off after your flying form. Anxiety starts to kick into the Japanese man as he notices your speed is far more greater than his and he fears that he wont make it. Thats when luck turned for him but on you.

While zipping by lampposts and buildings your (f/c) wings got caught on a ladder ripping the wing its self from its socket, crying out in agony you crashed right onto the concrete side walk where no one was. Scrapping yourself up bad you glanced back at your once favoured and prized wing to see it tattered, broken and bloody. Tears stun the corners of your eyes as the Angel flew past. Kiku looked backed questioning if he should stop looking back forwards he shut his eyes, disappointed that his need to help other won him over.

He turned back around and flew back landing beside your quiver body as you attempt to fix your now broken wing. You look up seeing its the angel and wince away as he steps closer.

"Go ahead.." you mutter.

"I'm sorry?" he questions what you said.

"Go ahead and finish me already! a downed demon is a dead demon! simple as that!" you cry out the tears running down your face. The angel knelt down behind you looking at the wing, he let out a sigh.

"That is true.. I aporogise but this might hurt for a moment" he mutters as he starts to wrap the broken wing in splints and bandages leaving you clenching your teeth to the point where they might crack. Once he was finished you looked back your (e/c) orbs glisten from the wet tears that still run down your face as you noticed your wing to be bandaged up.

"I wirr give this to you now. but I wirr ret you off with a warning. You come near my kid and I wirr destroy you.." Kiku says before taking off to the kids location.
